Questions

Do I need captions?

Captions are not required. Video is analysed through Gemini without fetching a transcript or requiring an uploaded caption file. Success still depends on the video and access conditions.

Which videos may fail?

Private, unavailable, live, unprocessed or over-60-minute videos are rejected or may fail. Age or regional access restrictions, blocked metadata and provider failures can also prevent processing. No access restrictions are bypassed.

Is it free?

The fixed sample costs no credits. Generating from your video requires a signed-in, verified account, PRO entitlement and credits. Parsing and card generation can consume credits; see current pricing before continuing.

How accurate are the source links?

Times are approximate; playback starts about five seconds early. Check the original passage before relying on a card.

What if processing takes too long?

Check the existing task status. Do not resubmit the same video while its outcome is being checked.

Are my source files private?

Uploaded source documents are private to your account. Check AI drafts against the original material before studying.

What if processing fails?

Check the existing task status and its error message. Keep your material, and use the available retry after checking the outcome. Do not submit duplicates.
